Question by vandaday49: who has used Acci Berry and the Colon Cleanse?
I purchase both thru the site for the Ophra , I started it on January 5th, it is noe March 23rd and I have yet to have any weight loss or experienced the colon cleanse, maybe I am doing it wrong, if anyone can give some hints, I would appreciate it.

You are not doing it wrong, the mistake was buying this stuff.
The colon is self cleansing.
Acai berries are no better for you than blueberries which you can buy from a store. They are both good antioxidants.
The acai berry diet advocates dietary and life style changes. Without the changes you don’t lose weight. If you make the changes you will lose weight without the expensive acai.
And Kvors.com appears to be associated with a website that tracks advertising.

A good way to cleanse your body is doing a colon flush or whole body cleanse twice a month. Usually what I will do is sign-up for a free trial then cancel it when i get my bottle. That way i have a month supply of cleanse for only $ 3-$ 5 bucks instead of $ 50. I don’t know what your looking for but you can potential loose a easy 5 to 15 pounds of waste without dehydrating yourself. Well I hope this helps. Here are the free trials I signed up for.
